Back again... Had dropped off for most of February but came back full-force earlier this month. We have been doing the SS lifts and are in the groove, although still a bit off from our previous benchmarks. We are doing ~15 minutes of cardio after our lifts and ~30+ minutes of cardio on the off days. We are also eating much less than when we were DTP. I know this will make LP slower, but we decided that being lean and fit was our primary goal and that getting strong was a means to an end and not the end itself.
Anyways, I probably won't maintain a SS log anymore since we aren't really following the program. Maybe I'll start a new thread or I'll just check in here on occasion.
