Good effort, tired now...
Cardio
am fasted walk ~ 40 mins brisk pace.
Bench work sets
75kg x5 x2, 75kg x8 rep PR
Yeah, fair effort. Haven't benched in a while, pleased enough with my rep PR.
Squat work sets
145kg x5 x3
Tried for a sixth rep on final work set, couldn't get out of the hole. Very tough going, although not quite as draining as the last time around at this weight.
BW chins

12th May 2011 - workout B
Nae the best session. I was feeling slow, tired, and creaky...
Cardio
Fasted walk ~ 40 mins brisk pace.
Press work sets
52.5kg x3, 1. 50kg x5 x2.
Same old story, been stuck around 50kg for ages! I'll try 51kg next time.
Deadlift work
135kg x6 rep PR, 2 min rest then 135kg x4, 1 min rest then 100kg x10, 1 min rest then 60kg x15.
I was angry after the press and didn't want to stop after main dead work set.
Chins, BW + 2kg

Feeling a bit fatigued here, these were a struggle.

Very quick session...
100m sprints x5

Did these fasted with a raging hangover, managed not to dry heave!

Sunday 16th May 2011 - workout A
Bench good, squats not so good...
Foam rolling, stretching, dislocates etc. ~ 10 mins
Bench work sets
77.5kg x5 x2, 77.5kg x6 rep PR
Squat work sets
147.5kg x5, 4.
I stopped here and did a high rep back off set (60kg x20). Maybe I was being a pussy. Legs were already sore going into the session, probably from Saturday sprints. Will kill 147.5kg x5 x3 next time.

Thoughts
Only two more lifting sessions before I'm going out of the country for a week. Heading to New York on Friday for 3 days of work and 4 days of holiday. Will have a deadlift workout on Tuesday and squat workout on Thursday. Will manage short conditioning sessions/bodyweight exercises on most days when I'm away without any trouble.
