Squat: 230 x 5 x 3
Bench Press: 130 x 5 x 3
Power Clean: 125 x 3 x 5
Missed this w/o on Monday, so convinced myself that Tu, Th, Sa this week was cool. Almost missed it Tuesday as well. Weights went up, which is good. I've been slacking on my eating. Not eating enough or being as diligent about measuring. All my clothes are tight around the waist, some no longer fit, so I know I need to change it up. I refuse to buy bigger pants. Especially because I think it means YNDTP.

Squat: 235 x 5 x 3
Press: 105 x 3 x 3
Deadlift: 245 x 2
Not a good workout. I'm better about eating, but not like I was in previous weeks. Pretty sure it's what's affecting my lifts. Missed Press. Deadlift wasn't budging at 265, I even missed taking it down to 245. I've got a permanent stitch in my side. Hurts when I move throughout the day. I've been trying to lift through it, knowing that people work through pain to keep growing.
Serious about adding HIT now. Maybe I keep the weights from increasing while my side heals and I work on lowering my BMI (32%).

Does you side hurt on all lifts? If not, maybe work around the lifts that hurt for a couple of days.

Hurts more when I'm not working out. Taking a deep breath, rolling over in bed, twisting torso.
Lifting, I'm most aware of it during squats.

felt pretty good. wiped out in 15 minutes. like when lifting, my side wasn't really an issue. hurts now though. I'm just gonna take 2 Advil and get back in there on Monday.
