    Few weeks ago I pulled groin squatting 225. Didnt do my rehab the way I should have so I’m easing back into it now. Also, last weekwas 3 months post shoulder replacement and I was released to start adding weight with my shoulder. So I started working it.

    As of Today,
    Incline dumbbell bench press 10x3x12
    Dumbbell standing press 5x3x15

    Complex of
    Cable row 40x3x15
    Tricep pushdown30x3x15
    Dumbbell curl 15x3x15

    Deadlift 45x3x12
    Cable accessory exercises for shoulder
    Cane home and ssb squat. 105x3x10
