    235 x 5
    Seated press 85x5
    75x3x5. Shoulder was making sick noises at 85
    Some shrugs.
    3rd day of nlp and 55th BD. Trying to stick with it

    Yesterday (Thanksgiving), 9.5 mile hike on RipRap trail. Skyline drive. 5 mile hike would have been better. I was wrecked.
