Yeah I've been adding 5 pounds per week on squat and Deadlift since July. Now that I'm setting weekly PRs I've been thinking about cycling rep ranges on squat to slow the rate of progression. I have a tendency to hurt my back twice a year and looking back I think it's partly due to poor fatigue management and overreaching. Deadlifts felt especially strong today.

Looks great! How do you (if at all) progress with BW weekly/monthly if you don't mind I ask?
Bodyweight? I'm 5'11" and currently 245 pounds. I've been gaining roughly 2 pounds per month for the last few months, though not really trying to. I should slow it down since I'm already over fat. For what it's worth I previously gained about a pound week from 200 to 250, which is what really took my lifts to 225/275/455/455 Third Time's a Charm
