This doesn't look like a Novice Progression. Do you have the book? Do you have access to an SS Coach? What method are using?

Hey Carson, apologies for the lack of linear progression, I just realized I only put friday on there. I'll rectify that mistake here.
Monday (5th of Feb):
bench press 110 x 5 (3 sets)
overhead press 45 x 5 (3 sets)
Romanian Deadlift 45 x 8 (3 sets)
Chin up (assisted): -90 x 5 (3 sets)
Wed (7th)
bench press 115 x 5 (3 sets)
overhead press 45 x 5 (3 sets)
Romanian Deadlift 45 x 8 (3 sets)
Chin up (assisted): -90 x 5 (3 sets)
Fri (9th)
Bench press: 120 lbs x 5
Press: 45 lbs x 5
Romanian deadlift: 45 lbs x 8
Bent over row: 45 x 8
Chin up (assisted): -90 lbs x 5
Monday (12th) is going to be this:
Bench press 125 x 5
Overhead press: 50 x 5
Romanian deadlift: 50 x 5
Bent over row: 50 x 8
Chin ups (assisted): -85 x 10
I do have the starting strength book. I don't have access to an SS coach.
That is also not a novice linear progression. How did you arrive at this monstrosity?
Thank so much for the respectful critique. I re-evaluated what I was doing (in addition to checking out some videos by "The Strength Co,") and I think I corrected the issue. Thanks so much for pointing me in the right direction.
Do you have Starting Strength Basic Barbell Training by Rippetoe? I encourage you to get it and follow it. It's the best and most scientifically based book of its kind. It is the pattern that all of us follow in this forum. Do you have access to a Starting Strength Coach? I don't know what "The Strength Co." is.
