OHP 71.25kg x 1 x 5 - PR
Squat 137.5kg x 3 x 2 - PR
BP 96.25kg x 3 x 3 - PR
Deadlift 140kg x 5 x 1 - PR (3 plates!)

Good workout, had to rush it due to a meeting but still went pretty well. Squats could be better in terms of knees not caving on the way up (happened on 2 last reps), but depth was good on all reps I believe.
