31 Oct:
OHP 71.25kg x 1 x 5 - PR
Squat 137.5kg x 3 x 2 - PR
BP 96.25kg x 3 x 3 - PR
Deadlift 140kg x 5 x 1 - PR (3 plates!)
Good workout, had to rush it due to a meeting but still went pretty well. Squats could be better in terms of knees not caving on the way up (happened on 2 last reps), but depth was good on all reps I believe.

Squat 140kg x 3 x 2 (3 plates!) - PR
BP 97.5kg x 3 x 3 - PR
Chins 10-10-8-2
I was pretty nervous before the Squat set, as 3 plates seemed intimidating. But it surprisingly felt easier than last time and I'd say better looking too!
Second Squat set:

Nice job!
Congratulations on the 3 plates squats and deadlift.
Do you train at home? I noticed the micro loading is in 1.25kg steps, how do you do that? Did you find 0.125kg plates (or 0.675kg plates?) or made them yourself? I have 0.25kg plates, and they're tiny!
Thanks Ryan!
Thank you! I train at 2 public gyms, typically trying to make sure on intensity days I'm at the same gym so the increase in load is more controllable. I do microload on BP and OHP which has been really key in my progression I feel like. I got those plates from Amazon and I just bring them with me.
Amazon.com : Trademark Innovations Fractional Weight Plates - 1.25lbs Each (Set of 2) : Sports & Outdoors
They are 1.25lbs each, which is around 0.56kg. I just count them both as 1.25kg.
Got my eyes set on that 4th plate now.
