    Overall looks good to me.

You're getting a tad of butt roll-under at the bottom. Rip's writings/videos nowadays seem to really be pushing the "it's just a matter of pushing the knees out and keeping them there" line. I'm having some success w/ that approach though i've also been stretching my hamstrings some.

You could stand to keep the knees another inch or two back and thus sit back more (and get more laydown) but i don't know if it's necessary. Do you feel hamstring engagement at the bottom ?

Also consider moving the rails down a notch. You're getting pretty close to them.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah the butt wink has been plaguing me since I started. This is probably the best it's ever been, thanks to some coaching from TomC. Watching the vid, it looks to me as if my knees might even be a tad too far out. I think the last bit of wink is going to go away soon. I realized I was not tightening my abductors at all. It seems to have helped. I also have tight hammies.

I've been working on the knees too, I had a real bad habit of not sitting back far enough. I'll keep working on it.

You appear to be leading with your chest on some reps. Use your ass.
