Ice-man, there are some stickies somewhere on this goddamn forum about posting form checks. The point that needs to come across in this instance is that you're starting a new thread for every damn video you post. (Conversely, come of the other n00bs are posting on thread with 18 goddamn videos over 5.7 lifts.)

In the future, it makes a lot of sense for both your own education as a lifter and those trying to help you if you keep all of the checks and follow-ups in one thread. A time-history of form checks, if you will. This allows for those who are trying to help you, for free, to go back to prior videos and see what it is you're fixing and understand if improvement is being made. Further, you have one point of reference for your form improvement as well. Instead, you have 3 fucking videos on the first page of the forum. THREE! Fuck all that noise.

    /rant

ETA: and of course this rant is in the oldest one. More evidence for the point I'm trying to make...
    it also works like this:

Others who are having problems may/will will be able to look through (mgilchrests version of) one long continuous thread over time . . . .
See the cues and suggestions other made for you . . .and how that improved your form over time. And then try to apply that stuff to their situation.

With several disjointed threads, like your currectnly doing, its not as useful anyone else down the road.

    Looks a lot tighter, too.

    Carry on.

Do a little research Ice-man, the number of big squats performed in weightlifting shoes is minuscule.
The guy in the video (Matt Wenning) is highly educated on all things strength, and has an 832 Raw Squat.
