Squat Follow-up
Hello, would appreciate any feedback on my squat. This is a follow-up from a post a few months ago when I got some good help. I wasn't wearing a belt then, so I added one and also worked on my knee slide. Another issue I'm always battling is softness up in my thoracic spine (on basically every lift--bad posture, I guess). I'm still NLPing, gaining weight, and adding weight to the bar on all my lifts, though my last press at 135 and bench at 200 were very slow in the final set. Video is my third squat set at 250. Other inputs are 35 years old, 6'2", 241-ish. Thanks as always.
