I don't think Rip actively coaches anymore and he doesn't charge for this stuff but if he gets too pissed off at this kind of response he might start. Anyway, I will try to help you. You need to not squat in front of the mirror. If there's no alternative put a baseball cap on. Irrespective of that, you need to get your upper back tighter and shove your knees out in line with your feet, and forward early in the movement. There's so much wrong with your squat that I strongly suggest you get an in person coach to help you.
