I attended the sqt camp today and was glad I made it. Nick and John first talked about the reasons for squatting the way it is prescribed in the SS program,and explained the mechanics of it. Then we were broken up into two groups and given hands on instructions . I learned that I have two problems that need addressing. A tight right shoulder that makes it hard to get the bar low enough on my back. And not being able to get my lower back into extension. I tried dropping my dick between my knees but that ain't happening, I will have to work on both issues. I did get the idea of using the stretch reflex at the bottom to help get the weight back up. Will be using what I learned this week in training. Thanks to both instructors.

I guess so. Maybe I should ask Jordan in the nutrition section his opinion on a supplement called Extenze for some gains.
