Yes, animals, since they weren't yet people, with cell phones and imaginations and heroes and appetites for expensive whiskey. Their concerns were much more basic, and almost entirely concerned with survival – waking up the next day, finding something to eat occasionally, and not being eaten yourself. Thanks again for the article, perfect timing as I strained my adductor squatting earlier this week and had to cut the session short. Finished the session today with slight modification and minimal abductor pain.

Great article. I have rehabbed a hamstring tear and multiple back tweaks by following this advice and getting back under the bar.
Rest two days, start light, train everyday, add weight daily, and get back to normal within just a few weeks.

Guess what guys. If you are still training in your 70’s and are anyway like me….you will be dealing with some form or variation of this….damn near all the time. Best to get used to it. Not so bad once you get your brain right.
