    I used the straight bar for the squats with the handles again,it feels a.little.awkward because I have to pull downward to keep.the bar in place. I will.probably.go.back to.the SSB .I will.continue to try and stretch my shoulders so hopefully I can use the straight bar.without the handles.

    Did did with no.rest.between exercises .after catching my breath repeat 2 more.times.with lower reps
    I need to get in better condition as I just turned 68 on Sat and feel.this type WO will be more.benificial for me

    Did a 3x3 wo
    1.Sldl 135/15 press 55/10 low row100/6
    2. 15. 10. 8
    3. 15. 10. 7
    Did each round with no rest between the 3 lifts.I then took about 2 minutes and started the second round,same thing for the third. My goal is to cut down and eventually elimimate the time between the 3 circuits. I will try to get get 20 reps on the lower body lifts and 12 on the presses and pulls for the first round. Then for second round 15 lower body 10 for press and pulls.
    3rd round goal is 12 lower body and 8 reps for press and pulls.
    I know this WO may sound crazy to anyone here reading this and for sure won't allow much in the amount of weight lifted,but I am hoping it will.have some.positive results on my general health condition.

    I was able to do the 3 lifts with no real rest, just time it took to get from the rack to bench and PD machine.I did have to take a few minutes before starting the second and third round. I will raise the sqt 5 lbs next time,2.5 for the DBBP keeping the PD the same weight.

    Merry Christmas, sir, to you and yours. Down here in my suburb of Atlanta, our favorite pizzeria had Italian cookies for sale at the register. I asked if it was a local bakery and was told, "Yes". But my wife asked a different employee, at a different register, who said the bakery was in Brooklyn. Ever hear of Cammareri's Bakery?

    For sure,it on Henry Street in the neighborhood i grew up in.It was featured in the movie Moonstruck with Cher and Nicolas Cage .It was at mainly a bread bakery.
