    On Sunday I did PT exercises with bands at home. I was a little sore after that but ok today. I can move a little better. Tomorrow I will do some light work with DBs.

    I planned on just doing 5 reps on the workset for the DL but got I more. I'll have to decide what to do next time try for more reps or add 5lbs.

    Monday 4/29/24
    Went with my grandson John to my friend Pat Susco's gym to train.
    I just did a bit of training with them
    They did rack pulls, log bat floor press, and tricep dip machine. I had to bail out once they got past the warm up weights.
    It was the first time in a fee months that I did any type pressing, my chest is a little sore today and it actually feels good.
    Rack pull below the knee
    225/5 ×3 sets
    Floor press 65/ 8×3 sets
    Tricep dip machine 90/8 ×3
    So far shoulder fell ok today, I'll do my PT band work tomorrow.

    You're right about how easy it is for us "older folks" to end up on the ground Jerry. I'm just anxious now, to get her into orthopedics and see where we go from here. The PA at urgent care told her that her kneecap is basically in pieces right now... couldn't really tell us whether it would heal alright on it's own, or if she'll require surgery.
