Your plan seems to be working well. When the weather is hot like this it seems to kill my appetite so it's a good time to cut some weight. I'm sure you'll reach your goal.

Thanks brother. I've always had good self discipline once I make up my mind to do something.
That discipilne helped me graduate in the top 10% from Marine Corps boot camp in 1980.
    Stay Strong!!

Nice to see your making progress.
A saw Ted Nugent and the Amboy Dukes in the early 70s at a place called The Action House near me in LI. The big hit sing was
Journey to the center of your mind .

Thanks Brother. I'm far from 100%, but that's how it is. The front of my right shin and right foot
still have nerve damage, I don't know if it will be permanent or not. I saw Ted in Lakeland, Fl and
Golden Earring was the opening act and weren't vey good. Ted was the loudest I've ever heard, and
back then I was a "If it's too loud, you're too old" guy. Ted was actually too loud. It was crazy.

    * I only dropped 1 pound this week, but I've now lost
28 total pounds. Next Saturday I should be under 190.

    * This is the heaviest Bell I've used for Swings since the back
injury in January. I might try some light Deadlifts in about a
month if things hopefully keep going well...
