    Problem with shoulder during press. Probably from benchin to heavy with flaring elbows. I might try narrow grip in the bench, or just keep on doing the press and work on bench form.

    Happy belated birthday. I'll be 75 next week.
    Ever think about briefs for sqts, sort of like knee sleeves for the hips. My good friend that sqts pretty huge weights swears by them.

    Probably a good idea! I just bought a bunch of very nice wool socks, a leg warmer and cap also mohairwool.
    Costly but addictive.
