Week Four
Squat Monday
Single at 350lbs, down sets at 255lbs 6*3. Back and Shoulders for successories,
Just a titch short of full depth, but it felt good, and it's the most I've Squatted in years. Yay me !!!
Bench Wednesday
Close Grip set at 175lbs *6, Five ingles at 200lbs, Dumbbell Bench at 70lbs 7*4. Tri's for successories.
The set of six flew, the singles were disappointingly sticky.
Deadlift Thursday
Big Wheel Pull at 490lbs *1, Deads at 345lbs *3, Belt Squat at 1140lbs 7*4, Leg Ext at 90lbs 10*4
Snappy BWP. Deads felt strong too.
SBD Sunday
Tempo Down SSB 22lbs 6*3; 1 Board / 3 Count Close Grip 195lbs 2*3; Speed Deads 335lbs 2*; Pendlay Rows 1955lbs 4*5; Leg Ext 100lbs 10*4
Nice end to the cycle.
Best week of work since 2019. Seems like each week is getting better, and my body is holding up under the work without going kablooey on me.
The weather sucks ... snow I can handle, grey skies I'll put up with, wind I'll grumble about ... but ICE STORMS ... fuq that shit !!!

Week One
Squat Monday
265lbs for a triple, 235lbs 4*3. Back, Hammies, and Chest for successories
A little tired doing back to back Squat sessions
And then BOOM BITCH ... I've got the plague again. This time it crushed me.
Came down with it Monday night and it didn't let up until Friday.
The muscle ache was unbelievably bad, and it wasn't massageable. Add to that, that it moved all over the body ... even my scalp hurt for four days straight.
SBD Saturday
Tempo Down SSB 185lbs 4*4; 2 Board / 5 Count Bench 125lbs 5*4; Trap Bar Jumps 43kg 6*4; Pendlay Rows 90kg 3*4; Press 50kg 2*4
Thankfully everything was "light". At least I was able to get out the house and get into the gym.
What with the weather being shit, this plague ... this was the longest week of my winter.
Winter ... BE GONE!!!

Been "distracted", and haven't posted for a couple of weeks.
That said, due to the lingering plague, we re-did week one, and just finished a strong week two.
Squat Monday -
285lbs *3, 225lbs 4*3. Cardio Back, and Chest for successories.
That top set was nice ...
Bench Wednesday -
Close Grip 170lbs *, Bench 175lbs 4*3, Dumbbell Incline 55lbs 7*4,, LTE 32.5kg 12*4. More Chest and Tri's for successories.
Solid dumbbell sets, as well as the Tri sets.
Deadlift Thursday -
Big Wheel Pulls 415lbs *4, Deadlift 315lbs 4*3, Tempo Down Dumbbell Bench 55lbs 10*4. Ab / Adductor 135lbs 8*4 Bellt Squat Holds 90lbs 30sec*3
SBD Saturday -
Tempo Down SSB 245lbs 4*3, 2 Board / 5 Count Bench 140lbs 5*3, Speed Trap Bar 190lbs 6*4, Pendlay Row 100kg 3*4, Press 54kg 2*4
Strong day...
Glad I'm passed this plague ... it was wearing on me.
