The cardio isn't crazy, ~135-150 bpm for 20 mins nice and easy. Feels like its actually helping with the soreness and stiffness

iSquat 335x5 Got greedy here and jumped 10 lbs instead of 5. Ever since I got my squat fixed by Annino and Skinner at a squat and deadlift camp my squats have been moving faster. I had been squatting 3 inches too deep, and descending far too fast. That fixes my problem of my squat being disproportionate to my other lifts.

iDeadlift 455x2 I have a better set up available now to do Rack Pulls out of, so I'm going to try alternating Rack Pulls and Halting Deadlifts ever other week on my intensity day, and do power cleans or the like on the volume day. Feels like I've been spinning my wheels on the deadlift for a while now.
