    Havnt really felt like logging lately. Im settled at home now though so hopefully training will be more predictable, and logging. heres what I did today

    BTN pushpress 205x5x3 I like these better then from the front, more secure coming down avoiding elbow pain and I have no worries about keeping my shoulders back during the press.

    Dude, your lifts look solid. If I was going to be picky, I could say that your jerk is slightly forward, but so is mine, haha. Nice lifts for real.

    Thanks, ive been watching youtube videos and matching them to mine to make fine adjustments and they feel like theyre getting better every day. Your right about the Jerk, I might have to prioritize it now that I have my snatch figured out.

    I made 285x5x2 last time but they were too grindy for my liking, sorted it out today and it felt MUCH better.

    These need alot of work, im not going to beat myself up over it until my front squat numbers are drastically higher though.


    PR and the most technically sound lift ive ever made.
