BTN pushpress 205x5x3 I like these better then from the front, more secure coming down avoiding elbow pain and I have no worries about keeping my shoulders back during the press.

Dude, your lifts look solid. If I was going to be picky, I could say that your jerk is slightly forward, but so is mine, haha. Nice lifts for real.

I made 285x5x2 last time but they were too grindy for my liking, sorted it out today and it felt MUCH better.
