    At least I got some wheels on the deadlift.

    Make my lower back great again.

    10x60kg slow descent pause at the bottom. This seemed to help a lot.

    Back is mending

    Bench up to 3x100kg

    Deadlift to test back, 1x100kg - slight discomfort at lockout - but ok.

    Back keeps improving.

    Squat 8x50kg, 8x70kg some pauses at the bottom. Back felt fine doing these.
    Press 10x50kg minimal layback, back seemed fine here.
    Power Clean with a somewhat deeper catch than usual 10 singles with 50kg, 3 singles with 70kg, 1 single with 80kg. Back felt fine here as well

    Did a bit of testing today.

    Squat ended up with a 160kg single, which felt around a 3-4rm - heaviest I've squatted for quite a while.
    Press 80kg single - perhaps a double would have gone.
    Power Clean 100kg single - about on the money today.
    Deadlift 200kg, moved ok. Loaded 220kg, but lower back still isn't there.

    All in all ok.
