Michael, I'm sorry to hear about your continued struggle with pain. You certainly do a great deal of traveling, and I hope you enjoy it. Do yu see yourself ever getting back to a regular schedule?

Thanks Carson! Right now, until the cold weather, I'll focus on Rucking and sled pulling. Then I'll focus more on a standard LP. Trying to address my greatest area of weakness.

10/9/2024
Ruck 26lb x 42 min
10/10/2024
half pushups 3o
10/11/2024
half pushups 30 rt elbow tweak... maybe every other day on pushups for a bit
10/12/2024 Saturday
Sled 75lb x 140' x 3 5 min rest
Wt 259... not where it needs to be but better than 280 lol
Did manage to blow the leaves out of the gutters two days ago along with mowing a couple yards.
I need to walk more and do more yard work instead of just sitting around whenever I'm not lifting.
I had become too fragile, I was always getting tweaks. While the weather holds I'll keep rucking and pulling the sled.
This appears to be moving the needle. We'll see how this translates when I focus my workouts back to strength training.

Doing what you like is the key to keep at it.
