It seems like the 10 lb jump to 36 was too much. Decided to ramp up volume and frequency. Feeling better.

Mr Bingley: Yeah it is great, I've learned a ton despite being very well read on ww2. These are really knowledgeable guys who are willing to put each battle in context. Kind of meant for people who had a loved one involved in a certain action.

Airdyne 30 min
bad hip tweak, possibly that creakiness from last set of squats. Turned into a real problem when chasing around a 2 yr 8 month old, which is my gig 20+ hours a week. So an off schedule chiro trip, and several "quick fix" fails later, I went back to the split squat eventually which calmed things down a bunch.
