    Last set today. I recently restarted my NLP and want to make sure these squats are looking OK.

    I’m increasing my food intake slowly. Last time I was having some quite troublesome side effects from the weight gain so I had to pause the program and cut some body weight. Now I’m going to be gaining weight again more carefully. Discussed this with Robert Santana on the forum.

    Not a SSC but looks to me like you are lifting your chest on the way up which is when the bar speed slows also.

    I am just a user with no expertise, but look at your wrists. They are bent back and are actually taking on some of the weight of the bar. Your back supports the weight, and your arms help form the shelf on which the bar rests. Your wrists should be neutral.
