Zohar Yermiyahu, SSC - זוהר ירמיהו Zohar is the Founder and Head Coach of Be Stronger Online Coaching and the sole certified Starting Strength Coach in Israel. Throughout his adult life, Zohar has sought the most effective and efficient methods to enhance strength and fitness. This pursuit led him to the Starting Strength method, which he now enthusiastically applies at Be Stronger Online Coaching, working with men and women globally. Zohar specializes in working with individuals online, teaching and coaching the barbell exercises and guiding people through the most worthwhile journey of getting stronger. His focus is on enhancing safety in training to prevent injuries and ensuring continuous progress by meticulously attending to training form according to the Starting Strength Movement Model. Zohar served for eight years as an Operations Officer in the Israeli Navy's Missile Ships and Special Forces, graduating summa cum laude from the Israeli Naval Academy. The skills and experience gained from the elite and intense two-and-a-half-year training, and the exceptional demand for a high level of expertise and precision, honed his attention to detail. This experience established a rigorous personal demand for excellence which underpins his dedication and discipline, leading him to become a highly sought-after strength coach. Despite the combative nature of his military background, Zohar established a coaching style at Be Stronger that is non-traditional and exemplifies his leadership style that brought him success in the military; bring passion and care to each soldier to facilitate and unlock their true growth potential.
