I'm really appreciating these new videos - great job on them, Zohar.
I hadn't ever thought of taking the bar into the front rack after a set. Having long forearms, I'm wondering if this would be a good way to practice and stretch into it, or whether a work set load is a bad time for that. Maybe I'll try it out with warmups. Anyone have thoughts on it?
