Well I got 3 sets of 5 on the bench this time, although the last rep on the last set was a grinder. I did rest 5 minutes between the sets. I don't know what's going on. I haven't been doing any hard labor and getting pretty good sleep too. Its either too long or t too short amount of time between workouts.
