    Roll on Lidocaine helps my shoulders. We have a brand called Aspercreme over here in the states. Have you ever tried something like that?

    I’ve heard lidocaine Fred, even tried it, not that good for me. I think it’s deeper and I think (hope) it gets better soon from pressing more. Or not?
    It goes away after training. It’s just during press.
