I also did some extremely light stuff with presses and bench. I was OCONUS since last Thursday. I think I will skip the C weeks (max testing then recovery). I'm going to just get ramped up again next week and start my A cycle the week after that.
Had a great time in Hawaii. Did swimming with the Manta's, zip line, luau, snorkeling, and plenty of time just splashing around and hanging on the beach.

A guy I know from work showed up and was going to do some kind of dumbbell presses on an inclined bench. Apparently the pin holding the bench up wasn't locked in so he fell all the way back and landed awkwardly with arms flailing while holding the dumbbells. I'm not sure if he knew whether he was ok or not, but he walked out after that.
