aw gosh, I'm so sorry.
I'm sorry, Jerry. I felt lead to comment here that I suspect you know better than most of us how your own training can be one thing to help get you through life's hard times.
Thanks for the kind words to all of you. I may have not felt much like working out but just had to do it anyway

Trying to get back to my routine after a tough few days of my aunts wake and burial then having to clean out her apartment at the retirement home she lived at. Luckily I had some help.
Trap bar 1) SLDL 190/8 BP 115/8 pull down 130/8
2). 190/8 115/6 130/5
3). 190/8 115/6 130/6
Leg press 220/20
No real progress, I did increase the DL 5lbs but dropped the reps to 8.
Well its Wed Jan 23,2019 and I've been six as a dog since Friday nite with a nasty stomach virus.I just ate something last nite.I am going to try and get some work in today.
I will keep it light and after I do a warmup, I'm going to do one set on a few basic lifts. If I don't pass out I'll log in later.

I did make it out to my garage and got some work in, not much.

SB sqts 3 sets of 5 with 95lb
Press 55lb 3 sets of 5
Ez bar curl 65lb 5 reps 3 sets
BB row 115 2 sets of 5 reps.
Friday 1/25/19
Well here is what I did today, just because I felt like doing it this way.
After my usual warm ups.
SB sqt 100/5 5 5
BP 115/5 5 5
Trap bar SLDL 155/5 5 5
EZ bar curl 65/6 6 6
I still feel weak as hell although my stomach is feeling just about back to normal. I'm not doing anything to failure and will just add a little weight to the lifts or add a Rep when I feel ready.
