    I know these weights are just warm up sets to a lot of people but for me to finally get a 2 plate single and a 3 rep set above the bench press are milestones for me. Squats been tough.

    Benchs as planned but no rows. Somewhat pooped after a second long day on the road with the wife on shit Lantas so called freeway system. What a clusterfuck! Worse yet only one person per day could see a patient in the "big hospital". What bullshit! So I was driving or sitting on my ass in the truck (they said you could not stay in the building) both of which wore me out worse than working.

    Vent over...now for protein.

    I have an appointment in November at what I think is that same "big hospital", at 0800 on a weekday morning..

    Piedmont Atlanta.

    I pray things go your way. My wife's brother is in the cardiac ward/intensive care. I cannot even see him when I drive my wife down there. He was in Piedmont Newton and we could at least swap out seeing him one at a time. The drive for us just sucks going down there.
