Wow, sure a lot of time on the air dyne I need to use my rower for more than a quick warm up.Years ago I would do 45 minutes after working out 2x a week

Michael, 246 seems about right for a man of your stature. But what do I know?

Carson: you'd be right if I were as strong as you. Sadly, this is not the case.

    Nortic Trak 15 min 0.7k

Was gifted a fitbit. The fitbit says the Nortic Trak is a better work out than the Airdyne. I knew that because I could not tolerate as much time on the nortic trak.

Have a water park visit on the schedule with my grandaughter who will turn 3 about the time of the trip.
A similar visit a month ago revealed that Grampy was too fat and slow to keep up with the 2 year old.
She has not gotten slower, so I need to get faster... a lot faster.

I hope to work out in a 2 days on, one off pattern. Cycling through 5 lifts with some increasing Nortic Trak time.
Lifts will be press/squat/bench/DL/Pull Down. (some modified for therapy)

I'm also working keto. There is a final exam to this little adventure. Can I effectively chase a 3 year old around a water park keeping her safe while not killing myself.
This will also unlock a lot of other travel / zoo trips etc.
Essentially I get to be a little kid again. But some work is required.

Well having a plan to do some adventures with your granddaughter should help keep you motivated.

What a wonderful excuse to put the work in. Ours just turned 2 and she already runs me ragged. I, too, need to up my game.

    Keep at it!
