Have you checked for a leg-length discrepancy? Scoliosis would be another thought.
The left side of my posterior chain (glutes, spinal erectors, etc.) have apparently decided that they don't have to work as hard as the right side. It's not so bad that you can see a visual difference in the muscle size, but I can feel it when I'm lifting and during recovery. Even just standing around I'll notice that the right side of my back is annoyingly tense and the left side feels fine. This has caused problems before, and is one component of several that led to lower back pain that laid me out for a few years. (Have you ever tried to find a physical therapist who knows a damn about lifting? It's not easy.)
I'll have form check videos soon, but in the meantime is there any mental cue or technique I can use to try to correct this?

Does the bar stay level and move evenly, without rotation around the vertical axis?
