I've had too much experience with afib.
I'll just say, best of luck.

Weight 197 and holding. I have to moderate at a weight and then concentrate on eating less to move down. I still plan on dropping to 190 or below. Really it is not a weight but a waist measurement I have in mind and I do not want to drop too fast.

That's about all today. Probably the last bench session for a while. 175-3 was as hard as this on....12-21-2021 210-3*PR. It felt like a car running out of gas and rolling to a stop. It has to be mostly the low blood flow.
Music for this session was several George Thorogood videos starting with this one recorded live in Passaic, NJ 1984 with Elvin Bishop. Dang almost 40 years ago. I did not realize George was almost 4 years older than me.

That's one of my all time favorite videos. Every December in the City I host a "George Thorogood Lunch" for some clients...where everyone has to have one bourbon, one scotch, and one beer at least one time
After one lunch I am not ashamed to admit I fell sound asleep on the bus home and ended up 60 miles farther down the Parkway than I had planned. Thank God for uber!
