Eight Angles of the Squat - No Commentary

Newer coaches may find it helpful to see the same squat from multiple vantage points simultaneously. It’s important to move around the lifter during the set and understand how a correctly performed squat looks from different angles. It also helps to pick out and correct deviations from the model faster.
