Starting Strength Coaches Association Series : The Importance of What We Do - Jonathon Sullivan

The Importance of What We Do.

  • What any person does for themselves when they train — the benefits of strength training to our physiologic 401K.
  •
  • What we do for our clients across different populations.
  •
  • What we do for the greater community — the compression of morbidity.

Video from the Starting Strength Coaches Association Conference, October 2012.

Jonathon Sullivan MD, PhD, FACEP, SSC is Attending Physician at Detroit Receiving Hospital Emergency Department, and Associate Director of the Cerebral Resuscitation Laboratory at Wayne State University.
